In honor of celebrating 100 years of films (65 good ones, am I right?) Paramount has commissioned this pretty awesome poster to commemorate the milestone and you know what? I think it’s pretty neat. “Gimme Some Lovin”:The song that makes movies better

How do you make any random running, driving or football scene in a movie instantly awesome? You simply make sure you have the right camera angle and lighting…oh yeah, and then you throw in the song “Gimme Some Lovin” by Spencer Davis Group. You may not know the name of the song off hand, but it has been featured in over 15 films (16 to be exact). And as soon as you hear it, you instantly get that feeling inside as if to say “holy shit, here we go!” While we have established this song has been in countless movies (that is if you can’t count higher than 14 in which case you probably can’t read either so…maybe find a ball and bounce it around for your entertainment…), movies such as ED TV, Striptease and Iron Eagle (you know, Oscar caliber stuff). I have picked my Top 3 scenes featuring this song based on how much I loved them in the movie…and what I could find on YouTube. The quality might not be great but …
