As a kid, these were the greatest things to have on a road trip. (That is until your parents bought you a Gameboy.) It’s hard to believe that the first batch of games came out in the 1970’s, and by the 1990’s I don’t think they improved on anything. Every game was a copy of another just with a new character or theme. But that still never stopped me from wanting the newest racing or football LCD. I was also so envious of those kids who had the LCD game watches. Advertisements
Remember when you could make anyone do anything you want by simply offering them a box of Golden Grahams? No? Well you could okay. In fact I’m pretty sure this was the tactic used to start the Iraq war (too soon?). I think it’s about time I brought this brand of mind games back for my own personal benefit…. Me: Hello Rashida Jones, want to get married? Rashida Jones: Why would I want to do that? Me: Oh I don’t know maybe because I have these (Ben shows Rashida a box of Golden Grahams) Rashida Jones: Yes! Let’s spend the rest of our lives together! annnnnnnd scene. The one flaw in my plan is that Rashida will no doubt dump me after the box is empty, and what can I do? I mean who is gonna have 2 boxes of Golden Grahams lying around? That’s just insane!
Ahhh this intro is just as I remember. Maybe it’s been a while, but I don’t recall Webby ever being interested in older ducks?
This is a pretty sweet little video. This guy took time out of his busy “talking to girls” life and made a stop motion, shot for shot remake of the 1992 intro to the X-Men cartoon. The intro is a little meh, but it is pretty awesome how well done the finished product is. Take a looksee won’t you.
Now I’m no hair expert, and Lord knows I have no sense of style, but who the hell thought THIS was cool? Or hip. Or acceptable to sport in public? Oh ya, a ‘Friend.’ That makes it ok I guess. < Just… Ick.
