Donald Duck

He is the world’s most famous Duck (take that Daffy), and the world recognized his contribution to entertainment with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame back in 2004.

Donald has always had a soft spot in my heart. Not only because Donald is hilarious, but his whole family had a big impact on me as a kid. His uncle Scrooge was the star of my favorite version of Dicken’s “A Christmas Carol” entitled Mickey’s Christmas Carol (Deal with that Muppets!) and his nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie stared with the aforementioned Scrooge in Duck Tales.

Donald Duck is a character that when I think back really was a huge part of my life. I think it mostly comes from the fact that my dad does one of the best Donald Duck impressions in the world. He used to perform his impression for my brother and sister and I to calm us down after he struck our mother for an under-cooked meal. JUST KIDDING!…my dad doesn’t do a Donald Duck impression.

Anywho, We all love you Donald, you are what all fictional ducks aspire to be (take notes Daffy, Howard and Anaheim Ducks Mascot Wild Wing!)

Here is without a doubt my favorite Donald Duck cartoon ever. I have seen this at least 100 times and I still love it! So, now I will leave you with this question that has pondered the world’s greatest thinkers for generations:

Donald Duck doesn’t wear pants, so why does he still wrap a towel around his waist when he gets out of the shower?

Enjoy the cartoon.
