As I begin my challenging month of physical activity which will include 5 gym visits a week and one session of the high cardio ‘Insanity’ workout, I am reminiscent of ‘Tae Bo.”
Tae Bo is a total body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches. It was created in the early 90’s by the legendary Billy Blanks. I never tried it, because I was a fat child, but it looks like an intense workout. Just the type of motivation I am going to need to kickstart my month of physical domination.
Did you ever do Tae Bo? If I don’t die of a heart attack from my ‘Insanity’ exercises, maybe I will tackle Tae Bo next!
