Flintstones Vitamins – “We are Flintstones Kids”


I was a very proud Flinstones Kid. I took my chewable vitamins everyday, often going for the red “Wilma” cherry flavored one. Hard to believe they were first introduced in 1968, but then again The Flintstones were at their peak in the mid-60s. This is one of the earliest cases of using a pop culture image to market and sell a product. The product was not only successful in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, but is still on the market today.

That jingle was so catchy they could have put that with anything and my mom would have bought it for me. What about Flintstones Chewable Morphine?
