Thank You Jon Stewart

It pains me that I don’t have the time to truly express how much I’ve loved Jon Stewart and The Daily Show the past 16 years. I could go on and on about all the great comedic talents the Daily Show has brought us over the years such as Samantha Bee, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Rob Corddry, Ed Helms, John Oliver, etc, etc. I could rant about how crazy it is that I got most of my news from Jon Stewart and the Daily Show and how ironically I feel it sometimes was the most non-bias news on TV. I could also talk for hours over how UNBELIEVABLY smart, funny and clever Jon Stewart and The Daily Show are, but I won’t. I will instead just say Thank you Jon Stewart for being a staple in my life the past 16 years. You introduced me to topics and people I otherwise would have never known of (Niel deGrasse Tyson is now my favorite person on earth).

You made me think, you made me angry, you mad me sad at times but most of all, you made me laugh. For that and all the memories I say with a full heart: Thank You.

Now please enjoy some better articles by people who actually get paid to do this:
