We Can All Die Happy Now: Avengers/Full House Mashup

Hey, shut up a minute and listen to me. YouTuber Zach Ace has gone out and done us all a frigging service by creating this fantastic Avengers/Full House Mashup. With the use of some of the outtake shots, this video is as amazing as you think it’s gonna be so give it a watch. It’s pretty great that Zach matched up the Elizabeth Olsen part to the exact point where her sisters would be on the original Full House opening. Don’t believe me? Well here is the two side by side! I have mixed emotions about Mark Ruffalo being Stephanie Tanner. Also are we to assume Tom Holland is Kimmy Gibber? I dunno. Still a great video either way.

Part of a balanced diet: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Pudding Pies

“Fresh from the sewers to you!” The Hostess Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Pies featured a green glazed pie crust that was filled with Vanilla Puddin’ Power or mutagen goo as it’s referred to in the commercial (both sound pretty delicious to me). I would bet the majority of us never got to taste these (let’s say…delicious?) pies, as they were only around from 1990 to 1991 (that’s a pretty solid run). I don’t know about you, but I would eat the hell out of those things. Apparently every wrapper included 1 “pudding point” which could be used to acquire mail in prizes which according to Wikipedia were: 1. a pack of two “Battle Signal Clickers” – metal clickers featuring Leonardo’s face and the “Turtles Pies” logo, along with instruction cards explaining a secret “Turtles Morse Code” for use with the clickers 2. A turtle shell belt buckle which could store items inside of it 3. A Painter’s style hat featuring all four turtles 4. A black Ninja Turtles t-shirt with a “puff-print” design I could …

Is it all Jimmy Fallon?: SNL Cast Breaking Compilation

Anyone who knows me knows that I love Saturday Night Live. They also know that I claim to have started Scientology (but that’s a story for a different day). Anywho, one of the great moments in any SNL season is when a cast member genuinely breaks in a sketch. For those of you who don’t know the term “break”, it means to break character, but more simply put, it means you laugh. Lorne Michaels (creator and producer of SNL) is known for not enjoying breaking as he thinks it’s a cheap way to get laughs and cast members know this, so when they break, it usually is pretty organic and genuine. With that said, some fan has put together a great couple of video compilations of SNL cast members breaking. It is a good mix of old and more recent sketches. Full disclosure, if you haven’t seen the sketches, these breaks may not be as funny out of context, but for big fans of the show (I think there is about 6 of us left), …

I got next: Saved by the Bell Interactive Game

A Saved by the Bell interactive game on YouTube?! The Future is now! This is an interactive game from Fine Brothers Entertainment (ya know, the people who do those great ‘Teens React To’ videos). It’s a pretty cute little game that I suggest you check out. One down fall is you can’t play as Mr. Dewey who (as we all know) is the greatest character in Saved by the Bell history. Enjoy!

Time Out: Teens React to Saved by the Bell

First off, you did see correctly. That is in fact Maisie Williams (Arya Stark from Game of Thrones) taking part in this episode. I found it interesting when she asked why shows “don’t have intros like this anymore” considering Game of Thrones has one of the longest and most epic intros ever. Maybe she’s upset by it’s lack of floating hamburgers and surfboards (we all are Maisie, maybe next season they’ll add it) Anywho, I was excited to see off the bat how many of these teens actually recognized the show and were even excited about it. A great moment early in is when the kid in the peacock shirt says “in 10 years from now they say, that fool looks like an idiot” (in reference to his own clothing). Well kid, I got some good news for you, they are probably saying that about you now. Anyway, I could go on and on because I love Saved by the Bell, but I will let you enjoy the video as this is one of the …
