It’s “a parliament about nothing.” Created by Huw Parkinson, here is a cleaver mash-up of Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer in an Australian Parliament.
Seinfeld is arguably the most best and most successful sitcom in the history of television. The show “about nothing” ran for almost 10 years and drew humongous ratings for NBC and is still in heavy syndication today. We still wonder how Jerry turned down $110 million to do a tenth season of the show?!?! Even though the show was said to be about “nothing”, truthfully it was about a group of friends with a standup comedian at the helm. Which begs the question, how do you make the show about nothing, really be about nothing? Well, you get rid of anyone and everyone who’s in it, that’s how! Editor LJ Frezza (who clearly has too much time on his hands) has created the first and only show about Nothing! How contemplative!
In the spring of 1998, sitcom mega-hit Seinfeld went off the air after its amazing 9 season run. While all seemed lost on Thursday nights, Conan O’Brien gave us a little ray of hope informing the world that NBC had begun opening casting to find the next “Jerry”. Here were the results.
